PRICE GUARANTEE

If previously purchased merchandise is marked down within 15 days of the original order date, we will happily offer a price adjustment. Note that we can only make one sale adjustment per item and merchandise originally purchased on sale are excluded. We can only match similar online U.S. retailer’s advertised price. REFINED gladly accepts returns on regular priced, unused, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise.

  • Items must be returned with the original REFINED and designer garment tags attached.
  • All sale items (including promotional sales) and custom orders are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for an exchange, refund, or store credit. Gift cards are final sale. 
  • You will be notified via email once your return has been received. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to process.
  • Shipping charges on expedited orders are not refundable.
  • Returns that do not meet our policy, or are outside of this time period, will not be accepted and will be returned back to the customer. 

  • EXCHANGE

    If you would like to exchange an item, please place a new order before returning your original purchase. This ensures you get the item you want, and receive free return shipping when you use our prepaid shipping label (U.S. orders only).

    PREPAID RETURN SERVICE (U.S. ORDERS ONLY)

    For your convenience,  a prepaid USPS return label is offered in every order. The cost of return shipping, $10 for any number of items, will be deducted from your refund.  

    • Securely repackage your merchandise into the gray bag (if provided), or in the original packaging. NOTE: When returning footwear, please do not use the shoebox as your shipping box.
    • Please include and fill in, the return slip, included in your order.
    • If using the original order packaging, cover or remove any original mailing address label or carrier barcodes from package.  
    • Please seal the package securely and attach the prepaid shipping label.
    • Drop off your package at the nearest USPS location.

    ON YOUR OWN (U.S. AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)

    You can also send the items back to us at the address below using any other trackable method, at your expense. Please be sure to insure the package.

            SHOES

            If you have purchased shoes from us, we ask that you try them on for fit and size on clean, carpeted surfaces only until you are sure that you will be keeping them. We consider our box to be an important part of the entire product. For this reason, footwear returns must include the original shoe box in its original condition. Please wrap your return in protective packaging for shipment. Returning footwear without the original shoe box may result in a fee.

            DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

            While we strive to ensure that all of our products are checked for defects, occasionally a defect may pass unnoticed. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Please contact us immediately at orders@refinedco.com  Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

            COLORS

            Since the resolution and color composition of each computer monitor varies, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the colors of products displayed on www.refinedco.com.
