Today we are sharing an intimate at home Mommy & Me maternity session photographed by the talented Laura Fellows. This gallery was edited with both our REFINED x KT Merry presets for color and our REFINED II presets for black and white edits.
In The Gardens
This intimate session took place in the gardens of this sweet family's home. Laura followed the mother and daughter around as they smelled the roses, watered the plants, and took snack breaks.
Laura did a wonderful job at collecting a tasteful mix of posed and candid shots making the gallery feel like an authentic glimpse into the daily outdoor routine of this mother and daughter.

Meanwhile the REFINED x KT Merry is inspired by years of photographer KT Merry's Fuji 400H film scans. This collection was designed with a focus on a lifted shadow, low contrast, and a soft color palette, these presets provide a delicate, ethereal quality to your images. You will visible see the color shift in your photos with REFINED x KT Merry whereas the REFINED II collection will keep the colors true-to life.
You will also notice all of the REFINED x KT Merry presets have grain built into them and the ability to add more versus the REFINED II collection has zero grain built into the presets.
We love that Laura utilized our REFINED x KT Merry Presets to bring a film inspired light & airy aesthetic to her color photos. For a more clean, non filmic look she utilized the REFINED II B&W preset for her black and white photos and was able to adjust the preset so some of her B&W photos are soft and airy whereas others are dark and moody.
With these two collections, Laura was able to deliver a timeless and nostalgic gallery to her client. These photos will be looked upon and adored for years to come.
