Losing your presets can be a frustrating experience, but don't worry – we're here to help you recover them quickly. Whether your computer crashed or your phone got lost, follow these simple steps to download your REFINED Co presets again.
Create A Backup
First, we recommend saving an extra copy of your presets in a dedicated folder, such as "Preset Archive," to prevent future losses.
Creating a backup folder like "Preset Archive" ensures you always have a secondary copy of your valuable presets. Despite our best efforts, things can go wrong, and having a backup can save you from unnecessary stress.
Step 1: Access Your REFINED Co Account
Login
- Visit REFINED Co
- Click on the LOGIN button located in the upper right-hand corner of the menu bar.
- Enter your login details.
Forgot Your Password?
- Click on the FORGOT PASSWORD link.
- Enter the email address associated with your account.
- Check your email for a password reset link and follow the instructions to reset your password.
Step 2: Download Your Presets
- Once logged in, navigate to the Downloads section of your account.
- Here, you'll find all your purchased presets available for download, including any new updates.
Enjoy Seamless Access To Your Presets
With your REFINED Co account, you have continuous access to your presets, ensuring you can download them anytime you need. Plus, you'll automatically receive updates, keeping your editing tools up-to-date.
